Creations by Hatch uses reclaimed and upcycled wood when the right stock is available. Reclaimed wood can include knots, nail holes, saw marks, weathering, color variation, and imperfect grain. That character is part of the story of the piece, not a flaw.
Not every item uses reclaimed wood. Premium solid wood and new lumber remain options for strength, outdoor durability, safety, or customer-requested finishes.

- Indoor pieces: Dust with a soft cloth. Avoid standing water and harsh cleaners. Keep away from prolonged direct heat when possible.
- Outdoor or porch pieces: Expect natural weathering. Covered areas last longer. We can discuss outdoor sealers when you request a quote.
